ProRider Gulf Coast LLC Training Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms

1. SPONSOR

This raffle is sponsored by ProRider Gulf Coast LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. PRIZES

Weekly Giveaway: One (1) free online training course with an approximate retail value of One Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($195.00). One winner drawn weekly during the promotion period.

Monthly Giveaway: One (1) free in-person training course with an approximate retail value of Five Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($595.00). One winner drawn monthly during the promotion period. Location to be determined by ProRider Gulf Coast at a GPR facility of Company's sole discretion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of ProRider Gulf Coast LLC are not eligible to participate.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

5. WINNER REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

By accepting any prize, winners agree to the following mandatory conditions:

a) Social Media Participation: Winners must participate in all ProRider Gulf Coast social media promotions, marketing materials, and promotional activities related to their prize.

b) Positive Feedback Requirement: Winners agree to provide positive feedback, testimonials, messages, and reviews about the training experience across ProRider Gulf Coast social media platforms, websites, and third-party review platforms.

c) Prohibition on Negative Content: Winners expressly agree not to post, publish, or disseminate any negative comments, reviews, or feedback about the training, Company, or related services on any platform or medium.

d) Training Location: In-person course must be completed at a GPR location selected solely by ProRider Gulf Coast.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. All decisions of ProRider Gulf Coast regarding winner selection are final and binding. Winners will be notified by telephone, email, or other contact method provided at entry within seventy-two (72) hours of drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY AND CONSENT

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, voice, likeness, image, statements, and any other indicia of persona for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes by ProRider Gulf Coast in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or other consideration.

b) All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

c) Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

d) ProRider Gulf Coast reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this raffle at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ProRider Gulf Coast LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in this raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. ProRider Gulf Coast is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable entries or communications.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

Any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner deemed unsportsmanlike or disruptive may be disqualified at ProRider Gulf Coast's sole discretion.

11. DISCLAIMER

Raffle ticket purchases or donations are not tax-deductible contributions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform or service.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Do you provide a motorcycle, or do I use by own bike in the course?

We provide motorcycles for our Beginners Course ONLY.

Since ProRider advanced classes are designed to help you handle your bike with greater ease and confidence, the classes are conducted on your own bike, allowing you to truly learn it's dynamics, handling, capabilities and limitations.

Question 2: What kind of bike can I bring to the course?

The best bikes for this course are ones that are close to factory stock - most any street-legal motorcycle can do these exercises, but bikes with tall handlebars (ape hangers), sport bikes with lengthened swing arms, and dual-purpose bikes (street/dirt) with off road knobby tires will have difficulty in the course. Feel free to contact your local instructor with any bike modification questions.

Question 3: I've been riding for years. Will I learn anything in this course?

Absolutely! Many of our instructors are seasoned police motorcycle officers who have worked many crashes involving "experienced riders". Often, these riders have the crash avoidance "head knowledge" but have never physically practiced those maneuvers and developed the appropriate "muscle memory" to successfully implement them. You will leave this class a better rider!

Question 4: Is this a rain or shine class?

While we should develop skills for all types of weather, we don't like unnecessary risks while learning. Many of the exercises, especially the crash avoidance skills, require a dry surface for maximum safety. Each ProRider Training Site will closely monitor weather forecasts prior to the class and offer rain dates if the crash avoidance portion must be postponed or cancelled.
